Brymec approached us to convert a disused warehouse within their current leased premises into office space to support their growing customer support team in Northern Ireland. The scheme required change of use with Building Control input and the overall look and feel had to follow that of the head office in London.
Our solution involved going through various design alterations on the current First Floor offices and then looking at options for re–utilising the Ground Floor warehouse space. In line with the expected rise in headcount, the Ground Floor was chosen as the preferred option.
Our design provided open plan office and meeting space, teapoint and toilets dedicated for the clients use
We stripped out the existing roller shutter and replaced it with a full height window and also created 2 further window openings in the end wall to allow as much natural light into the space.
