PROJECT OVERVIEW

Calibro Workspace were appointed by Landlord KanAm Grund to deliver a 4,000 sq. ft. tenant-ready workspace at One Hatch Street Upper, Dublin 2.

Designed to appeal to the expectations of modern occupiers in a prime city centre location, the six-week programme transformed the space into a contemporary office environment.

The layout includes 32 workstations, a 12-person boardroom, 6- and 4-person meeting rooms, and a dedicated tea point and social area. A neutral palette and clean, functional detailing create a workspace that balances professionalism with warmth, reflecting both the character of the building and the quality standards of the surrounding market.
