CLIENT BRIEF
Office space in need of revitalising to make the environment a more attractive space to work in.
Forsa approached us with a requirement to update their 1st floor space, matching the previous 3rd floor upgrade. The office had become well used and was in need of revitalising to make the environment a more attractive space to work in.

We expanded on the 3rd Floor design style and functionality to create a similar success story to the 1st floor space. We comfortably fitted 20 cellular manager offices into the floor, each with their own external window – double-glazed partitioning allows this natural light to permeate the space while maintaining excellent sound proofing within the space.
The introduction of a central printing area to the floor consisting of a bespoke coloured storage wall system which compliments the brand and colours used elsewhere on walls across the floor. A low level storage area for printers and document preparation completes the space while a bespoke lighting feature incorporating the Forsa logo that amplifies the brand in the space.

Key to the projects was the new canteen and breakout area adjacent to the main office space. The space was redesigned to create a more relaxed atmosphere and provide a multi-function space for the staff to eat, collaborate and work. A feature coloured ceiling connects the space with the clients brand and suspended circular acoustic panels were hung to provide increased sound comfort and circular LED Halo lighting compliments the acoustic panels and creates a consistent feel. The teapoint is finished in gloss white, the splashback features dark teal Subway tiles while Silestone worktops complete the seamless look. Two Additional hand washing stations were also installed at each end of the kitchen unit featuring infra-red operated taps.

In the adjoining breakout area, a mix of high and low – level dining tables and benches were added for staff to work and eat at along with a section of soft seating; sofas, chairs and coffee tables to provide staff a place to relax and catch up with colleagues.
I find that trust with Calibro was one of the most important benchmarks I have with them. I trust them and staff implicitly, like my own staff, that they would never let me down.
