PROJECT CASE STUDY
Delivering a modern HQ for Contact Marketing
Contact Marketing, Northern Ireland
- Project Size: 4,500 Sq ft
- Location: County Antrim
- Activity: Design, CAT B Fitout, Furniture
- Duration: 12 weeks
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Contact Marketing, owners and distributors of well-known brands including Favour Pet Foods, set out to create a new headquarters in County Antrim that would bring together their office team and fulfilment centre under one roof.
The goal was to improve operational efficiency and foster a stronger sense of connection across the business.
A key part of the vision was to develop a modern workspace that reflected the company’s ambitions for growth, supported a multi-generational workforce, and encouraged both collaboration and wellbeing.
TALENT ATTRACTION AND RETENTION
A modern, industrial aesthetic runs throughout the space, creating a welcoming and visually cohesive environment from the moment you step inside.
The breakout space builds on this atmosphere, with natural materials and softer finishes providing a calm space where the team can relax and recharge during the day.
Across the open plan workspace, we introduced a neutral palette of whites and greys to create a bright, sleek environment. Oak accents and tailored lighting add warmth and visual interest, enhancing the overall sense of comfort.
BRAND INTEGRATION
Subtle yet effective brand expression is woven through the design. The reception’s bespoke ‘Mobile’ installation, suspended within the two-storey atrium, brings movement and visual impact inspired by the company’s identity.
Brand colours are integrated throughout the workspace, from vibrant furniture accents and LED lighting features to the tonal palette of the boardroom.
The reception makes a striking first impression with its monochrome palette and minimalist styling, balanced by warm oak details that soften the overall tone.
COLLABORATION
The open plan layout balances connection and focus, with spatial and acoustic features to support different ways of working.
Meeting rooms and quiet pods feature accents of Contact Marketing’s brand colours, creating dynamic zones for teamwork and individual concentration alike.
On the first floor, the twelve-seater boardroom continues the refined, modern aesthetic, complete with warm lighting and an acoustic feature wall for auditory comfort.
Contact Marketing’s new workspace balances sophistication and functionality, combining clean architectural lines with refined detailing. Every element, from the expressive lighting and bespoke joinery to the subtle integration of brand colours, contributes to an environment that reflects the company’s identity while supporting the day-to-day experience of the team.
