CLIENT BRIEF
Refurbish their current space to provide a better utilised working environment for their new tenants.
Calibro Workspace helped them to successfully achieve a full refurbishment of the original space into a newly branded space for the future. A simple office space would not be suitable, it needed to be attractive and a unique environment to work in.
Calibro worked closely with Antrim Enterprise to produce a truly special design style for the space, bringing in bright colours and a modern, crisp touch that would help boost creativity and productivity. A variety of small offices spaces for up to 8 person capacity were created, featuring acoustic partitions, single glazed partitioning and bright LED lighting.
Support spaces in the form of collaborations areas, informal meeting areas and a dedicated teapoint area finished in a bright yellow were added to the workspace, making it a truly stunning space. The Main colour scheme for the space was kept on brand featuring bright purples and yellows that brings the space to life.
The large amount of glazing used in the space makes the space feel a lot more open and creates a brighter atmosphere. Black partitioning frames was used alongside this to keep with the modern touch and take a minimalist approach, creating an even cleaner look to the space. The collaboration zone has a large bar-height table and stools and a bespoke writable wall. Colourful soft seating and a 4 person soft meeting booth were added to the space to create a breakout space for staff to hold informal meetings or simply work more comfortably.
