ABL Group is an insurance brokerage and risk advisory business based in Northern Ireland and is part of the Global Risk Partners (GRP) Group, one of the largest independent insurance intermediary groups in the UK.
Following their recent acquisition of Willis Towers Watson’s, ABL group have moved to a brand-new office space of nearly 8,000 sq ft. in the City Quays development of Belfast Harbour. City Quays 1 is a contemporary, sustainable, waterfront development consisting of 5 floors of modern office space and is now fully let by a number of blue-chip tenants.
To assist ABL Group with the move to their new space, the team at Calibro Workspace worked closely with Wayne Storey of Wayne Storey Associates to deliver a full furniture package for the space.
The main office consists of a large, open plan space featuring bench desk system with views across the Belfast Harbour towards the Titanic Quarter. 7 No. cellular offices are situated to the edge of the floorplate and 1 No. private office space includes a larger meeting table – the furniture in these areas has a touch of Zebranno Sand wood coming through on the desktops which ties in with the colours used in the main reception area.
The boardroom space features a Zebranno Sand wood finished boardroom table with built in AV capabilities and executive cantilever framed meeting chairs finished in black leather.
The teapoint & breakout area uses a variety of seating arrangements including low and high positions and soft banquette modular seating to add variety and a welcoming vibe to the space.
This isn’t just a new office – it’s a statement of intent.
