We’re delighted to be returning to Quantum Logistics Park to complete DHL Supply Chain’s Dublin Headquarters. The new facility will support recent growth experienced by DHL in response to the growing Life Science and Technology sectors.

Phase one works were finalised in Q4 2023, which saw two of the three main building floors transformed into state-of-the-art workspace and breakout facilities in addition to warehouse and marshalling provisions. Phase two works will see the completion of the second floor, which involves a full mechanical and electrical package linking to the existing BMS, meeting facility, an office and teapoint. Works will be completed across a seven-week programme.

The office design scheme specified in phase one will be rolled out on level two for a consistent look and feel, prioritising sustainable selections to meet LEED Gold and BREEAM Excellent standards.
