On 20th of October 2017, on a lovely sunny Friday morning, we held our first Breakfast networking event.
The event had two purposes; to formally introduce our new brand and identity, CALIBRO, and to host talks on emerging workspace trends.
The speakers we invited to the event gave us some outstanding insights. They are outlined below;
Ewen Cooper, Calibro Workspace, talks about “Wellbeing in the Workplace”
Director of Calibro workspace, and son of the Founder, Neil Cooper, Ewen boasts 15 years’ experience in designing and fitting out high quality workspaces for a range of clients, here and UK Mainland, including London.
Ewen has a profound belief in staff wellbeing and puts this first and foremost in his own company, in turn making it the foundation of everything we do at Calibro Workspace. Hence our Vision; to improve the wellbeing of people at work.
Andrew Bradley, Bradley Brand talks about “Productivity by Design”
Andrew is the founder of Bradley Brand, a leading creative agency based in Dublin. Currently sitting on the board of the Design & Crafts Council of Ireland, Andrew has been at the forefront of brand and design thinking in Ireland for over 20 years and is committed to passing on skills and experience to the next generation as Chairman of the Design Enterprise Skillnet.
With a track record of developing brands including Applegreen, Colortrend Paint & Harvey Norman and a focus on making brands more relevant to your customers and increasing profit margins, Andrew is not afraid to ask the awkward questions, dig deep or roll his sleeves up – always seeking what is best for his client. A genuine all-rounder, Andrew counts brand strategy, graphic design, retail design, package design and website design as his specialities.
Jamie White, Leading Social, talks about “Millennials in the Workplace”
Jamie’s enthusiasm and passion for business and maximising workplace has taken him through a unique journey of establishing and selling businesses in Dublin over the last 10 years. It has also seen him pick up Dublin City’s Best Established Young Entrepreneur in both 2014 and 2015!!
Today it finds him managing his own business called Leading Social, who work with brands both nationally and internationally, helping them reach their target audience over multiple social media platforms by creating customised, creative and measurable campaigns.
Hannah Nardini, WK.space, talks about “Workspace of the Future”
As a Workplace Strategist, Interior Designer and Change Manager, Hannah specialises in helping clients achieve the best out of their workplace and their people. She does this through simple psychological strategies, engagement, statistical analysis and well-considered design.
Her track record of working with many clients from SME’s to larger Bluechip companies stretches from UK and more recently to America, means she is able to advise clients on how to maximise the efficiency of their workspace along with measurable improvements to staff productivity and morale through the use of bespoke recommendations. A heavy focus on building strong relationships with her clients and their people places her in a very strong position to work through a change management process to create & transition workspaces.
Take a look at the video at the beginning of the page to see a snippet of each of their speeches, which has gained tremendous popularity both on the day and days following, and on our social media.
