A New Era for Office Design in Logistics – DHL Supply Chain

We are excited to commence works on the new office design for DHL Supply Chain Headquarters located in the Quantum Logistics Park in Dublin, developed by IPUT Real Estate.
The project will see approximately 22,000 sq. ft across three floors, transformed into a state-of-the-art office and logistics facility to support recent growth experienced by DHL in response to the growing Life Sciences sector.
Known for their green logistics solutions and focus on the environment, naturally sustainability has been a key driver throughout the design and specification process, with all building materials, floor coverings and furnishings required to meet LEED and BREEAM standards.
Jarl Porter, Head of Client Relations at Calibro said “from an early stage we got a clear understanding of the vision behind DHL’s new space. The new flagship HQ will enable DHL to secure logistics contracts within the growing life sciences and technology sectors in Ireland and we’re delighted to be part of their growth story in Ireland.
The space is more than just an office, it will be a memorable experience for all who visit. From the moment you enter the reception area, through to the upper floors and breakout areas, every finish and design feature reflects high standards, quality and sustainability credentials.”
Watch this space for updates as we progress through the office design and build of this world-class logistics facility.
It’s a pleasure to be partnering with the following global, leading commercial design and construction organisations to deliver this project for DHL Supply Chain; TSL Projects – Main Contractor, Developer – IPUT Real Estate, FSC & DAC Consultants – ORS, Client Architect – Arthur Gibney & Partners Architecture, Client Consultant – Metec, M&E Consultants – SCC Ltd, Project Managers – KSN PM.
