Calibro Workspace have been engaged as the office design and build fitout partner for the recently acquired financial firm Baker Tilly, now Azets Ireland.

The office design and fitout is a result of strong growth experienced by the firm over the last five years, having doubled in size to a team of 100 people, with further growth forecast over the next three years.

Calibro worked with the Azets team to complete test fits and costings across multiple locations to assist in selecting the space that best suited their requirements.

The Bank of Ireland building, leased by Savills Ireland, was deemed to meet the team’s requirements. A stone’s throw away from their current location, the BOI building offers expansive views of the Grand Canal and has connectivity to public transport. The building boasts a BER C2 energy rating and four pipe fan coil air conditioning system.
