Facilitating Growth for Boutique Insurance Firm McGill and Partners

Calibro have been engaged by boutique specialist insurance firm McGill and Partners to create a new workspace for their Dublin team. Dublin serves as the company’s European base and the team have quickly outgrown their existing space in Glandore, prompting the need for a dedicated, fully fitted office that reflects their brand aesthetic and values.

The project will see 3,500 sq. ft. in the Waterloo Exchange, Dublin 4 transformed into a highly functional, collaborative space that facilitates flexible working and conveys the strong, people-centric culture of McGill and Partners.

The office design carries strong influence from the firm’s new London office, with a minimalist, natural aesthetic, featuring oak finishes and soft stone colours complemented by the brand palette to create a calm, welcoming environment. Sustainability has been a key consideration throughout the design specification process.
