Enhancing Employee Wellbeing for
DHL Shannon

Calibro have been engaged by DHL to extend their customer services division at Westpark Innovation Campus, Shannon. The expansion is in response to growth DHL have experienced in recent years, to continue to serve their growing client base.

The project involves minor works and a CAT B fitout of the expanded space, with some additions to the current floor plate.

A key priority for the workspace is to enhance employee wellbeing. The new space will feature an expansive wellbeing lounge complete with modular furniture, soft seating areas and a dedicated multi-functional wellbeing room. A collaboration zone and video conferencing room will also be created to facilitate current ways of working for the team, alongside additional desking.

The design specification for the space took some of the themes from DHL Supply Chain’s statement headquarters in Dublin which we completed last year. Bringing in natural wood finishes, clean lines and brand tones for a cohesive look and feel.
