We are pleased to announce our appointment to deliver a new 4,000 sq. ft. tenant-ready workspace at One Hatch Street Upper, Dublin 2, for landlord KanAm Grund, one of Europe’s most experienced fund and asset managers.

The six-week programme will transform the space into a contemporary, Scandinavian-inspired office that reflects the expectations of tenants in this prime Dublin location.

The design introduces 32 workstations, a 12-person boardroom, 6 and 4-person meeting rooms, plus a tea point and social area, all brought together through a neutral palette and clean, functional detailing.

A workspace designed with purpose, reflecting both the character of the building and the quality standards expected in the area.
