Calibro Workspace has been recognised with seven shortlist places across five categories in the 2026 Ireland Fit Out Awards—the first time the company has achieved this level of recognition in a single year.

The shortlist spans Calibro’s performance as a business, three Dublin workplace projects and three members of the team, recognising the strength of the company’s work at every level.

Calibro has been shortlisted for Fit Out Contractor of the Year, following a year of significant progress for the business. This included deepening our presence in Dublin after ten years in the market, delivering workplaces for several major organisations and strengthening the internal processes that support quality, collaboration and client experience.

Our projects for BE Spoke and Origina have both been shortlisted for Fit Out Project of the Year – Medium Office (Over €2 million). BE Spoke’s flagship Dublin location combines premium hospitality, local identity and long-term adaptability, while Origina’s global headquarters translates their brand and ambitions into a workplace designed around culture, connection and growth.

A 6,000 sq ft expansion for a confidential global technology client has been shortlisted for Fit Out Project of the Year – Small Office (Over €500,000). The project involved translating a US-led design vision into a locally compliant workplace through an accelerated design and delivery programme.

The individual nominations recognise the expertise behind Calibro’s recent project portfolio. Cara Norman has been shortlisted for Fit Out Project Manager of the Year, reflecting her leadership across several complex projects throughout Ireland. Senior Interior Designers Michelle Turner and Susan Stewart have both been shortlisted for Fit Out Designer of the Year, recognising their respective contributions to projects including BE Spoke, Belfast Harbour Offices, global headquarters for Origina and Sepha.

Established in 2012, the Fit Out Awards recognise outstanding projects and the people and organisations contributing to excellence across Ireland’s fitout industry.

The winners will be announced at the Fit Out Awards ceremony on Wednesday 25 November 2026 at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin.
