Taking IT Consultancy Firm Origina to
the Next Level

Calibro have been engaged by Irish-owned software maintenance firm Origina to design and deliver the fitout of their new headquarters at The Termini Building, Sandyford, Dublin.

The project comprises a full CAT B fitout of the second floor – creating an inclusive, forward-thinking environment that enhances the employee experience and reflects Origina’s position as a trusted global leader in third-party IT support.

The move to Termini follows a period of sustained growth for Origina, with the new space designed to accommodate further expansion and future-proof their operations for years to come.

Jarl Porter, Head of Client Relations at Calibro, said: “We’re delighted to be working with Origina on their new Dublin HQ – creating a space that will set the stage for their continued growth. We look forward to delivering the finished workspace in the new year.”

The new headquarters will bring an elevated look and feel to the Origina brand, reflecting the premium service the company provides to clients worldwide.

An expansive welcome area will showcase high-specification finishes, statement elements, bespoke joinery, warm wood tones, and natural textures throughout. A suite of meeting rooms will complement the reception zone, extending the same refined aesthetic for a cohesive client experience.

Designed around both collaboration and focus, the floor plan will feature multiple team hubs and touchdown areas, a content creation room, and acoustic pods for private calls and client discussions.

A large breakout area will double as a dining and townhall space, fostering a sense of community and connection across teams.

Incorporating biophilic design principles, the open-plan workspace is positioned along the building’s glazed façade to maximise natural light and wellbeing, with dedicated quiet zones for focus and restoration. Enhanced acoustic treatment and ergonomic sit-stand desking further promote comfort and flexibility.

The design palette integrates Origina’s refreshed brand colours in muted tones, paired with warm wood accents and natural finishes to create a sophisticated, welcoming atmosphere.

Sustainability has been central to the project, with careful consideration given to material sourcing, recycled content, and circular design principles across furniture, flooring, and finishes.

The project is due for completion in early 2026. Stay tuned for a reveal of the completed space next year.
