Calibro Appointed by Leading Pharma Packaging Firm Sepha

Calibro have been engaged by Sepha, a global leader in pharmaceutical packaging testing, to design and fitout their new state of the art headquarters in Dundonald.

The project involves a full CAT A, CAT B fitout of the new build premises, with design input and consulting during the build phase.

The move marks an important milestone for the company as it brings its research and development, production and office operations under one roof to create a high-tech facility that supports international growth and innovation. Sepha will be the anchor tenant in the new development on Comber Road, taking up 21,000 sq. ft.

Lagan Homes are completing the base build with works due to complete later this year.
